OMGG CAN YOU BELEIVE THE LAST TIME I WROTE A BLOG POST WAS OVER A YEAR AGO!

Now, I don't really have much to say today, but during the whole of January (so for 31 days) I've been thinking about you and saying to myself that I want at least ONE blog post out every month this year. And now here we are on the last day of January, even though January felt like the LONGEST month ever! The time is currently 22:26 and I have decided to make my wish come true but now I'm in a stupid position because I have no idea what to write lol. I know I've been gone for a year but I can't explain where I've been but I can say I have been LAZY! I'm just going to list some of the things I've been doing/reading/watching/listening? etc normal bloggy blogger stuff :-)

The BFG - Could have been better, I was scared of him, to be honest! He was massive and wrinkly

Lion - Based on a true story!! This also made me cry like a baby, it was amazing!

Split - Could have been so much better, the ending was so disappointing!

hahahaha what I have NOT been reading hahaha 

English Literature degree so I should be reading LOADS right? But instead, Schmoop and Sparknotes have helped me out! I even watch book reviews on YouTube sometimes to agree with their opinions on the novel and make it out like that was my opinion.

But the books I've read this year is Lolita - Vladimir Nabokov > it was alright but hard to follow and a confusing narrative and FULL OF LIES so I didn't know what to believe half the time but I had to read it for my essay 

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close - Such a good/ creative novel!Narrated by a child and it was very emotional and I can't say I didn't cry when I finished reading it Click here to read ABOUT it

Twenty Fifteen

I don't know about you (obviously i don't, well maybe if I follow your blog then I probably do) but 2015 has been a great year, one of the best ones ever (well one of the best ones i can remember out of like 2000 - 2015) (because lets be honest, who can remember every year?). Why has 2015 been so great you may ask? (or you may not ask, I won't know until after I post this blog so I can only assume for now). 

(I just realised I do this bracket thing waaaaaaay tooooooo much, I will stop starting from now).
(Unless you guys don't mind?? Lol i want to say comment down below if you mind/don't mind but no one ever comments and no one cares so OMG i need to stop this bracket thing!!!!)

Reasons why 2015 has been a really good year for iFarheen

• I got a MacBook Pro - It's not one of those things that I've always wanted but it is one of those that I've wanted or I wouldn't mind having but I would mind not having. But now I do have two laptops because my old one is still fine and works great, maybe it'll just be a back up. Also, I can finally go to Starbucks and uni and any library with my Macbook and fit in rather than taking my old laptop with my charger plugged in. 

• I passed my driving test!! - Notice how this one has two exclamation marks?? I'm very happy about that one because it felt like a chore every week and now it's done! It wasn't a long process and such but it wasn't easy, some lessons were harder than others and it wasn't easy balancing lessons and work and uni stuff. That's all done and over with now, I'm just sitting on my pink license.. Maybe I'll make this whole paragraph pink so it's like my license? no ? too much? okay sorry

• Finished my first year at uni and now on to the next year and semester - Again, this one wasn't easy either and I've never had myself down as lazy but oh my god I am definately lazy. I left everything so last minute and  didn't even do the essential reading let alone the recommended or the secondary :/. And then I complain that being a student is hard??? How would I know?? Do I even act like a student?? ( Yeah obviously when I'm shopping and student discount is available). I'm still proud of myself for making it this far with no motivation and the urge to drop out 

• iFarheen went to a lot of new food places  and explored different activities - I don't mean travelling because unfortunately I never left the country this year :( But I have been to lots of new areas and tried new things like afternoon tea and 5D world and laser tag and top golf and lots more!  

• I got a segway - lol idk the opportunity to tell you guys I have segway was there so I took it. It's black with blue lights and soooo heavy in case you ever want to take it travelling 

• Re-decorated my room - It's still not exactly how I want it but my room is so small so I can't really do what I want and i have way too much stuff for a small room. My room can't handle it and I'm kind of a hoarder so i refuse to chuck things away. I always keep nice packaging and stuff but I really don't know why. But yeah I have nice wallpaper now and new furniture but it's still a work in progress so no room tours anytime soon (lol I know I know you don't want a room tour )

• That's all really .. I guess I could say stuff like my perfume collection is booming and my book collection is getting smaller because I've stopped hoarding books and I've tried/bought new make up that I thought I would never get. I still have a job but i'm not the youngest there anymore :( it's okay though they still love me.

Why are my blog titles pink?????

Real talk, whats with the pink?? 

(Obviously i mean the color pink and not the singer and also, why am I still doing it???)

To be honest, I don't know why I've decided to do the 'where I've been' blog today because after this post, I probably won't blog again for another three months. But I was cleaning my room the other day thinking "I'm going to blog today and tell everyone what I've been doing (which is nothing btw)" "I'm going to go and change the layout and stuff on my blog and make it look nice" "Gonna do a really good blog post that people will be silly not to read it" "Going to add all the nice pictures i took in the last 5 months". Maybe all of that will happen another time because it's not happening today. 

Brb have to get my laptop charger! Also, I have to go soon because I have work in an hour so this really is a quick one. I chose to write this instead of having breakfast....... Ok so the back to the topic of why we are really here??? Why do i make the titles and some of the text pink?? I don't even like pink? (Actually that's a lie, its a cute color... IF I WAS STILL 11). I have pink lipstick and pink blusher and nail polish (I'm looking around my room for pink stuff) and I also have a pink folder, and a perfume .... Basically, what I am trying to say is that I probably won't do the pink thing again, I'll just stick to black. I need to make a huuuuuge TO DO LIST for my blog because i also need to get rid of the 'Love Farheen' picture thing that i add at the bottom.. If you don't know what that is then I'll insert it here 

Lol it took me a long time because i forgot how to insert pictures, Well that needs to go (maybe it doesn't, it's not really a life or death situation)^^  

I also need to go because I have to get ready for work. Maybe I should just delete this blog?? I don't know. For me, I'ts either blog or write in my journal and I'd rather write in my journal because I can use colors and stick in receipts and cinema tickets and write bad stuff about people and no one will ever see it. Well they will see it if they find it and i do just leave it lying around so people will find it. (I'm joking I don't write bad stuff about people and even if I did then you wouldn't know unless you find me and steal my journal) 

Ok if I go now then i can squeeze in breakfast and i'm really starting to like that idea so bye now, see you in November. (It's gonna be them ones where i said that but i don't really mean it but it will end up happening and then in my next blog post i'm gonna be like "omg who knew" "I know i wrote November but i didn't actually mean it"

50 Shades Of Fail

         Sorry to disappoint you with the misleading title but this post only contains 4% of  anything about Fifty Shades.

Just like the last post, this is me trying to explain where I've been for the past 6 months. Believe it or not, I do actually think about my blog everyday  (ok.... almost everyday.....). I think the last time i read a blog post was also 6 months ago. I should really come on blogger more often. If I'm honest, it's because I don't go on my laptop that much anymore. I've even stopped watching YouTube videos of Zoella and Tanya Burr and stuff :/. ':/ :/' << that's the new face I give to everything. What's changed since the last time..

I have a new phone!!
After having an iPhone 4 for three years, I now have an iPhone 5c in blue. It's a cute phone and I know it looks a bit like a toy but i like it, and the blue color doesn't really help but again 'i like it'. The camera quality is better than my old phone too and its much faster!! My old phone started getting very very slow although that could have been because of the thousands of pictures and all my music!

^^^^^ That's the only thing that has changed??????? Wow i should have thought about this blog post a bit more before I chose to do a new post.  Okay I might as well talk about 50 Shades of Grey while you and I are both here. It was such a crap movie.. The soundtrack is crazy though, I love it!!! I know some people say the movie was really good but each to their own, I don't even want to watch the second one. I've started using soundcloud now instead of YouTube.. follow me on there Soundcloud I don't have any public playlists but you can check out my liked songs (if you want, no pressure and stuff) . Is it really a blog post without pictures? Let me look for some pictures to upload

Another post where I try to justify where I've been and why I haven't posted, although I think my reasons are good enough this time. I've been really busy with work, family and university! Yes that's right, I go to university now! I'm studying English Language and Literature and I can't say I love it but somehow it takes up a lot of time. Here's some pictures from the past few weeks...

2 for the price of 1 because we sneaked in to another screening, sorry Cineworld. This post is not a movie review, it's more like 'I went to the cinema wand watched these and i want you to know'.

Sex Tape

What a crap movie, no wonder it has a 1 star rating. It had so much potential with the name and concept of the movie but it wan't either funny or sexy. I'll leave the trailer here and believe me, if you watch the trailer, you've basically watched the movie. I don't really want to say anymore about it because it was actually an embarrassing film.

Lucy

Lucy was an awesome movie, it was actually a pleasurable action movie. Finally a sci-fi thriller that was on point! I really recommend this film, some animal points in the movie seem weird but it all adds up in the end. And the drugs that they use in the movie looks like crystal meth from Breaking Bad. A very good movie. The ending was a bit too quick though, i wanted to know where she was :(
